Patrick Morley has led Carbon Black as president and chief executive officer since 2007. Under his direction, the company has grown from a startup into the market share leader in next-generation endpoint security. Morley drove the effort to merge Bit9 with Carbon Black in 2014, which resulted in the industry’s most complete endpoint solution. Today, Carbon Black has approximately 3,000 worldwide customers, including 30 of the Fortune 100 and nearly 800 employees. Morley has more than a decade of security industry experience.
With over 20 years in IT, Scottie has historically focused on the defense and intelligence market segments assisting those customers through various transformative technology shifts. Scottie is now focused on driving VMware’s next-generation network and security platforms to address the emerging complex cyber-threat vectors facing industry today.
Justin joined Carbon Black in June 2015 and is currently focused on defining and delivering sophisticated Incident Response and Threat Hunting capabilities onto Carbon Black’s Predictive Security Cloud Platform (PSC). Before Carbon Black, Justin was with Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President in the Threat Management Center. There he performed Threat Hunting activities, led IR efforts, worked on Threat Intelligence capabilities and advised Firm Leadership on cyber threat detection, prevention and response. Prior to moving to the private sector, he served as a Technical Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.
